The Post COVID Apheresis Register is used to systematically collect all cases of treatment to improve both the evidence for the evaluation of patient-relevant endpoints as well as the estimation of potential harms.

The primary objective of the register is to systematically document all treatment cases to proof the efficacy of this therapeutic procedure. Another purpose of the data collection is the analysis concerning disease-specific and therapeutic aspects.

Furthermore, the data are to be utilized to inform the public about the efficiency and safety of the apheresis therapy for post-COVID treatment. To achieve this, the data will be evaluated, anonymized and the findings will be published in appropriate media as well as on conferences.
